All these tasks are possible thanks to an excellent human team that is made up of 2 biologists, 2 zone managers, and 6 specialized operators. We also have other CODE staff who, although they lead other areas of the consortium more directly, can lend a hand at certain times, especially the help of an agricultural technical engineer.
This workforce, which may seem reduced due to the extension of the territory to be controlled and the tasks that derive from its control, can cope with the control tasks thanks to the fact that, with the experience acquired year after year, it enjoys a deep knowledge of the territory, a clear involvement with the objectives and a great will to work.
