Although the problem is global and lies in the number of mosquitoes present in the deltaic zone and its area of influence, a more in-depth study shows us the existence of a series of species of mosquitoes that have found in the Delta zone an ideal place to its development. Some are eminently aggressive for man, causing a logical concern from health and quality of life point of view, and others present a different biting behavior and go practically unnoticed by us.
