The Agency offers, through the county councils, advice to the different public entities of Terres de l’Ebre on the improvements to be implemented to reduce and optimize energy consumption:
- Develop the necessary technical documentation throughout the contracting process
- Studies and technical projects related to renewable energy installations and improvement of energy efficiency or renovation of existing facilities.
- Participation in the contracting tables of goods and services related to the energy sector and energy sustainability
- Monitoring and direction of actions
- Control and monitoring of the fulfillment of the marked energy objectives
- In case of being executed by Energy Service Companies (ESE’s) to supervise the fulfillment of the contract
