COPATE gives continuity and consolidates the actions in environmental issues originally developed by the County Councils of Terres de l'Ebre. THE CONSORTIUM COPATE was born from the will to give continuity and consolidate the actions that the Ebro Land County Councils have developed in recent years. PUBLIC HEALTH The Health department is in charge of controlling mosquito and black fly populations, as well as other programs in public facilities. WASTE The Waste department aims to be an efficient execution body for the Councils at the service of the Town Halls, working together to offer quality services to the citizens. SANITATION The Sanitation department manages, operates and maintains the wastewater sanitation systems of the Catalan Water Agency. ENERGY AGENCY The Energy Agency has a scope of action that includes saving, energy efficiency and the promotion of renewable energies in publicly owned facilities. TERRITORY The Natural environment department carries out activities and projects related to the management and protection of the natural environment and the rural environment.
